Mr. Derow is a PhD holder from Management University of Africa (MUA). He Holds Master in Management and Leadership (MML) from MUA, Bachelor of Communication and Journalism, Kenya Methodist university.

He holds a Diploma in Business management on diversification and partnership-(Galilee International management institute -Israel),Diploma in electrical Engineering(Power option) among other certification.

He is also a holder of a Diploma in Public Relations.

Mr. Derow has a wide range of experience, despite being the Director of Ethical consulting Services; he is also Director of Stima Investment co-operative Society, Secretary of the alumni of the university (The Management university of Africa), and Adviser to the Board of Management of Sabuli Secondary school-wajir south, Business Adviser of Tibyaan Enterprise.

Mr. Aden Derow is a member of various institution among them, Kenya institute of management(MKIM), Public relation Society of Kenya (MPRSK), Corporate member of institute of Director of Kenya (IOD), Corporate member of center of corporate governance (CCG) and Member of the safety Committee of Kenya Power company

Mr. Cheptei is currently a PhD Student at Management University of Africa (MUA). He Holds Master in Management and Leadership (MML) and Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from MUA, Bsc in Management and Leadership from Strathmore University.Mr. Cheptei is Currently Deputy Commandant and chief instructor at Kenya Wildlife Service Law Enforcement Academy in-charge of Training and Development, curriculum development and Quality assurance.

He is also a faculty member of Sustainable Challenge, Foundation (SCF) in collaboration with TIAS school of Business and society Netherland.

He has over 30 year’s expertise in the fields of, natural resource conservation & Management, Public administration & Human Resource Management and project management among other areas with a wide range of consulting programs, including security system management, organizational restructuring, leading and managing change.

Senior Managing Consultant

Mr. Awalle Hussein is a lecturer at the School of Business Studies (SBS) in the College of the North Atlantic (CNA-Q) in Doha, Qatar.  Mr. Awalle teaches Human Resources Management. He holds a Master of Science in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, UK., a Bachelor of Management majoring in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from The University of Lethbridge, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada and a General Management Diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Prior to joining the School of Business Studies as a faculty member, Mr. Awalle worked for the federal government of Canada as a Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator at the departments of Environment and Climate Change Canada and Natural Resources Canada respectively.   Mr. Awalle has over 12 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Human Resources Management with Canada’s largest and most complex institution, the federal public service.

Throughout his career, Mr. Awalle provided, facilitated and co-facilitated training and development sessions, seminars and workshops in a number of HR disciplines including, but not limited to:

  • recruitment and selection;
  • performance management;
  • employee relations;
  • strategic compensation and benefits;
  • employee rights, roles and responsibilities;
  • applying collective agreements, grievances and complaints;
  • employee conduct and discipline;
  • classification and organizational design;
  • disability management; and
  • Occupational health and safety.

As a strategic HR business partner, Mr. Awalle trained, coached and advised managers, senior managers and executives as well as employees and provided strategic value- added advice and consultation.

With the combination of theoretical framework and practical experience, Mr. Awalle is an expert in the field of human resources management.

Abdikadir holds a Msc Management and Leadership: Management Univ of Africa, Bachelor of Nursing from Dundee University and Diploma, Community Health Nurse from Kenya Medical Training College.
Abdikadir has expereinece in working on both emergency and development health Project.He has worked worked with UNICEF, International Medical Corps, Save the children, MERLIN, International Relief as well as Ministry of Health Kenya.
He has rich experience in Project monitoring and evaluation gathered from long experience working with Organization and Ministry of Health including developing data collection tools and pre-testing in the Community.
In particular the Consultant has undertaken several Health Facility assessment and Nutrition Surveys.
He has wide skill set and Training in Monitoring and evaluation., A principled approach to Humanitarian action (UNICEF). Expanded Program on Immunization (MLM), Management of severe malnutrition, CMAM, efcient management skills, Integrated health commodities/logistic management,TOT maternal and child health and reproductive needs assessment., TOT Community Care practices (cIMCI).
